PRIVACY POLICY

To ensure the privacy rights and related rights of members using the Ocard Customer Intelligent Marketing System and Application Service (hereinafter referred to as the" Service"), Olis Innovation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the"Company") will comply with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China to protect and respect your personal privacy.

In accordance with Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China, this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") will help you understand how we collect, process, use, and protect personal data. Please read the following content carefully:

I. Purpose of Personal Data Collection

When you register as a member through the Service, log in, participate in tools, online activities, surveys, or prize activities provided by the Service, or engage in customer service activities such as satisfaction surveys, feedback, responding to questions or information inquiries, providing and improving the Service, participating in user experience surveys and analysis, etc., for the specific purposes of optimizing the service experience and marketing, the Company will collect, process, and use your personal data.

The specific purposes, legal codes include: 040 Marketing, 067 Credit card, cash card, transfer card, or electronic ticket business, 081 Legal transaction business of personal data, 090 Consumer, customer management and service, 091 Consumer protection, 098 Business and technical information, 135 Information (communication) services, 136 Information (communication) and database management, 152 Advertising or business conduct management, 157 Investigation, statistics, and research analysis, 181 Other businesses in line with business registration items or organizational charter, 182 Other consulting and advisory services (Specific Purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act and Categories of Personal Data of the Republic of China).

II. Acquisition and Categories of Personal Data

When you register as a member of the Service, the Service will request basic information such as your phone number, name, birthday, gender, email address, etc.

When you use the Service, the Company may collect the following data:

  1. Personally identifiable information, such as: name, address, mobile phone number, electronic signature, certificate serial number, records of providing online identity authentication or applying for inquiry services, and any other identifiable data about the individual.
  2. Technical data generated by users in their use of the Service, such as: IP address, login time, location data, financial transaction information, and other data that can identify personal leisure activities, interests, and lifestyle.

Categories of the above data, legal codes include: C001 Identifiable individual, C002 Identifiable financier, C003 Identifier in government data, C011 Personal description, C021 Family situation, C035 Leisure activities and interests, C036 Lifestyle, C051 School records, C081 Income, income, assets and investments, C093 Financial transactions, C102 Agreements or contracts (Specific Purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act and Categories of Personal Data of the Republic of China).

III. Period, Region, Object, and Method of Personal Data Utilization

Period: Until the member requests to stop using personal data or the Service is terminated.

Region: Member's personal data will be used in the region covered by the Service, including regions outside Taiwan as deemed necessary by the Company for the use of such personal data.

Object and method of utilization:

  1. Member's personal data will be used for the retrieval and query functions of member and customer management of the Service and will serve as the basis for identity verification necessary for financial and logistics services, marketing promotions, and the development of the Service's content and features.
  2. Member's personal data will serve as the basis for various push information, personalized services, and market research conducted by the Company, including but not limited to providing information from third-party or affiliated companies related to the Service through email, physical mail, phone calls, and SMS, analyzing and summarizing consumer characteristics, investigating consumption frequency and feedback information, etc.
  3. Other behaviors within the specific purposes and categories of use, processed and used by the Company in a computerized or similar data manner based on the business needs of promoting the Service.
  4. When you register as a member, you also agree that the Company may disclose, share, or provide the member's personal data to third parties and their affiliated corporations with contractual relationships with the Company for the following processing and use:
    1. As the basis for various push information from third parties, including but not limited to providing marketing information from third parties or their affiliated corporations through email, physical mail, phone calls, and SMS.
    2. As required by third parties or their affiliated corporations to optimize service content, execute business processes, and conduct market research, and may be combined, imported, documented, or backed up in a certain way with their internal management systems.
    3. Other specific processing or use methods specified through contractual agreements between the Company and the third party or its affiliated corporations.

In the above cases, the Company shall ensure, through specific agreements or policy mechanisms, that the third party or its affiliated corporation shall adhere to personal data security or maintenance standards not lower than those required by this Policy to protect the privacy of members.

IV. Autonomy of Personal Data

In accordance with Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China, you have the following rights regarding the personal data you provide:

  1. Any inquiry and request for a review of the personal information.
  2. Any request to make duplications of the personal information.
  3. Any request to supplement or correct the personal information.
  4. Any request to discontinue collection, processing or use of personal information.
  5. Any request to delete the personal information.

To exercise the above rights, you can contact the customer service personnel of the Company for application. However, before the Company verifies that you are the member in question, you may not apply for inquiries, copies, access requests, or requests to change personal data and account content that do not belong to the member.

You can request to stop collecting, processing, using, or deleting your personal data at any time in accordance with the rights mentioned in the first item. However, once the data is stopped from being collected, processed, used, or deleted, the Company has the right to terminate the Service to you.

When it hinders the significant interests of the country, hinders the performance of statutory duties by public authorities, or hinders the significant interests of the collecting agency or a third party, the Company has the right to refuse your request for changes, deletions, or modifications of personal data.

V. Maintenance of Personal Data

To safeguard your privacy, the Company will provide necessary technology and measures to protect personal data. As for the member's personal data, registration account, and password, please handle them with care to prevent leakage. Except as required by the government or laws, and for disclosure as stated in this Policy, the Company will bear the obligation of confidentiality for personal data.

For third parties that collaborate with the Company and obtain permission to share and use member's personal data according to this Policy, the Company will also adhere to the requirements mentioned above, ensuring that the third party assumes a certain duty of confidentiality and maintenance of the member's personal data. However, in cases where damage to the member's rights is attributable to the third party's own actions, the Company, except for assisting the member in asserting legal rights against the third party, shall not bear any compensation responsibility.

VI. Cookies

The Company's website or application servers will use cookies to record and analyze user behavior in order to provide personalized content and optimize your user experience. This information is used solely for statistical analysis and does not involve your personal identification. It will be used to improve our products, services, website content, systems, and advertising. You can adjust your browser settings to accept cookies to your desired level. However, if you choose to reject all cookies, some functions may not operate properly.

VII. Others

The Service may include links to other websites or web pages or use services provided by third parties. If you use the Service while also using additional features, plugins, or applications ("Applications") provided by third parties, these websites, web page links, or applications may obtain certain personal data. For such websites, links, or applications that do not belong to the Company, you should understand their data collection behavior, as it is not related to the Company.

You are free to choose whether to provide personal data to the Service. However, once you refuse to provide the necessary data to complete the registration process or provide incomplete information, it may result in the inability of the Service to function.

You agree that when you register as a member of the Service, the information you retained is consistent with the facts, and if there is any falsification of the information you provided, you agree that you should be responsible for all civil and criminal legal liabilities. If your personal information is subsequently found to have been illegally used by others or if there is any abnormality, you should immediately notify the Company.

You agree that the data provided and used when using the Service is legal and does not infringe on the rights of third parties, violate agreements with third parties, or involve any illegal activities. In the event of damage to a third party due to the use of the Service, the Company shall not bear any compensation liability except for intentional or gross negligence.

If the Service is operated or taken over by a third party outside the Company in the future, or if the Company is acquired or merged by a third party, the transfer of your personal data will be in accordance with the maintenance requirements of this Policy. If a different privacy policy applies as a result, the Company will notify you in advance.

The Company reserves the right to revise the Policy at any time, with the existing version being the primary one in case of updates. When there are significant changes in the processing of personal data, the Service will post a notice on the official website. This Policy or change notice is part of the Service's membership terms and is subject to the relevant provisions and requirements of the user terms.

The privacy policy in English and Chinese, if in doubt, shall be interpreted based on the content of the Chinese version as the primary reference.
